Context: French trading card retailer (Pokémon TCG) combining a physical store with a PrestaShop e-commerce storefront.
Mission: Ongoing webmaster, optimizer and integrator role — sole engineer owning the entire technical stack (back-office platform, pricing automation, storefront performance, multi-channel selling), while proactively designing solutions that save employees hours of work every week and give the store an edge over its competitors.
Achievements: Built the admin & operations platform on Cloudflare Workers (D1, R2, KV) — full card catalog, one-click product publishing to PrestaShop, and a self-hosted image CDN ; dynamic pricing engine repricing ~1,900 single cards daily against live Cardmarket market data ; in-store card buyback application with legal registry and digital signatures ; eBay multi-channel synchronization ; storefront overhaul: PageSpeed 52→85, edge-side analytics (Cloudflare Zaraz), and SEO automation (structured metadata, sitemaps, llms.txt).
